It rewards planning weeks ahead and punishes everything else. Here is how we run wedding days across Los Angeles, and how to plan yours so the cars are the thing nobody has to think about.

Plan the timeline backwards

Start from the moment that cannot move: the ceremony. Work backwards through photos, getting-ready locations and pickups, then add buffer that assumes a Los Angeles Saturday, not an empty Sunday morning. When you book with us, we build this timeline together weeks ahead: every address, every hold, every contact number. On the day, your chauffeur is in position early, every time, and the driver already knows the route to the second location.

Which cars do what

• The couple’s car. For a modern wedding, the BMW i7 is the quiet star: a flagship cabin, doors worth photographing, silence that keeps nerves calm.

• The wedding party. The Chevrolet Suburban moves seven people without creasing anything, which is exactly what a bridal party needs between locations.
• Guest shuttles. For venue-to-hotel runs, multiple cars on a loop with one coordinator beats a bus for small weddings and feels considerably better.

The details that save wedding days

• Share the photographer’s shot list involving cars. “Arrival photo at golden hour” changes the schedule; better we know in June than at 5pm.
• Give every location a name and a gate note, especially estates and country clubs where the entrance is not where maps think.
• Put one person, not the couple, in charge of day-of decisions. We take instructions from them so nobody calls the bride about traffic.
• Book the getaway car for later than you think. Receptions do not end early.

Out-of-town guests
