What meet and greet includes

Instead of finding your car at the curb, your chauffeur comes to you. They wait inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, greet you as you come through, take your luggage, and walk you to the car. On the way out they handle the elevator, the crossing, the loading. You handle nothing.
