Group Car Service in Los Angeles: Choosing the Right Vehicle for Your Party
Most group outings in Los Angeles fall apart at the same point: the parking lot. Six people, two cars, and a text thread at the end of the night trying to find each other across a stadium lot. One chauffeured vehicle sized for the whole party solves that. This guide covers what each HHTS vehicle holds and how to book so the ride works on the day.
Start with two numbers: people and cases
Every quote begins with the same two facts. How many passengers are riding, and how much luggage or gear is coming with them. Six people heading to a Rams and Chargers game at SoFi Stadium need seats and little else. The same six arriving at LAX with checked cases need a different vehicle. Tell us both numbers when you book and we assign the car that fits.
Which HHTS vehicle fits your group
The fleet is all black, and every vehicle is driven by a vetted professional chauffeur. Here is how they divide up by group size.
- Chevrolet Suburban: up to seven passengers and six large cases. This is the group car. A family with checked luggage, a crew moving between stops, or friends heading to the same event all fit in one vehicle with one pickup time.
- Infiniti QX80: seven seats with an executive finish. It holds the same number of people as the Suburban but is finished closer to a luxury sedan inside. Choose it when the group is arriving somewhere the car will be seen, such as a gala, a wedding, or a client dinner.
- BMW iX: three in the rear with proper SUV luggage room. For two or three travellers who have more bags than a sedan takes, the fully electric iX gives the quiet of a luxury car with the height and cargo space of an SUV.
- BMW i7: three passengers and two cases. The flagship sedan for a couple or an executive pair. Reclining rear seats, blinds and onboard Wi-Fi.
- BMW i5: one or two passengers with cabin bags. The electric executive sedan for a solo airport run or a client meeting where arriving unhurried matters.
Groups larger than seven are not a problem. We run two vehicles on the same schedule, with the same pickup point and the same drop, so the party arrives together and leaves together.
Game days and concerts: why one vehicle changes the evening
Take the Rams and Chargers derby at SoFi Stadium, or a UCLA Saturday at the Rose Bowl. Stadium parking is sold in advance and priced for the day. The approach roads fill hours before kickoff, and when the final whistle goes the entire crowd reaches the same few streets at the same minute. With two cars in the lot, your group spends that hour finding each other.
With one Suburban or QX80, your chauffeur sets everyone down close to the gate, waits while the stadium empties, and collects the whole group at a pickup point you agreed before the game. Nobody has to stay clear to drive. The fare was agreed when you booked, so it is the same fare however long the lot takes to clear.
Airport arrivals for families and teams
At the airport the problem is luggage. A family of five with five checked cases does not fit in a sedan, and splitting into two cars means two meeting points at the curb. Book the Suburban or QX80 with your flight number and we track the flight, meet you inside the terminal with your name on a sign, and load everything into one vehicle.
What the booking should include
The more you tell us up front, the faster and more accurate the quote. Include these in your request:
- Pickup address and destination, plus any stops in between.
- Date and time, or the flight number if an airport is involved.
- Number of passengers and number of cases, including anything oversized such as golf bags or strollers.
- Whether you want the chauffeur to wait and bring you back, or one way only.
- Any arrival detail that matters: a specific gate, a venue entrance, or a hotel porte cochere.
We reply with a fixed fare and the vehicle we recommend. If you want a specific car, say so and we confirm it fits the party. Door to door across Los Angeles and Orange County from our Pasadena base.
