Concert and Sports Event Transportation in LA

Los Angeles does big nights well: SoFi on a Sunday, Dodger Stadium in October, the Bowl in summer, Crypto.com Arena all year round. What the city does badly is getting sixty thousand people out of one parking structure at the same time. A chauffeured car fixes the part of the night everyone dreads, and it costs less than most people assume when the alternative is event parking plus surge pricing home.

The problem with driving yourself

Event parking in Los Angeles is a tax on optimism. You pay stadium rates for the privilege of arriving early, walking far, and then sitting in a structure for forty five minutes afterwards while every level tries to exit through the same ramp. Rideshare surge after a sold-out show regularly doubles or triples the fare, assuming the pickup zone is not a ten minute walk and a twenty minute wait.

How we run event nights

  • Drop-off at the closest legal point. Your chauffeur knows which entrances actually work for each venue and gets you as near as the event’s traffic plan allows.
  • The car waits, or returns on cue. For most events the right product is hourly hire: the car stays yours for the whole evening, so the moment you clear the gates, you are two minutes from leaving.
  • One fixed price for the night. Agreed before you book. The encore running long does not change it, and neither does the surge everyone else is refreshing their app over.
  • Room for the whole group. The Chevrolet Suburban takes seven, so a family Dodgers night or a group concert run happens in one car, not a convoy.

Venue notes from the road

  • SoFi Stadium. Build in buffer: Inglewood locks up solid from two hours before kickoff. Early drop-off with a planned pickup point beats everything else we have tried.
  • Dodger Stadium. The exit is the famous part. A pre-agreed pickup spot away from the main flow saves half an hour, reliably.
  • Hollywood Bowl. Parking is stacked, meaning you leave when the cars around you decide to. Being dropped and collected is the difference between a good evening and a late one.
  • Crypto.com Arena and LA Live. Downtown traffic patterns change by event; your chauffeur watches them live rather than trusting last month’s shortcut.

Making it a proper night out

The ride is part of the evening. Cabin at your temperature, your playlist if you want it, cold water on board, and nobody in the group stuck as designated driver. For premieres, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, we can also arrange prestige cars through our partners; see the fleet page for what is available.

Book your event car

Tell us the venue, the date and the size of your group on the booking page, or call (833) 327-0649 between 9am and 11pm. We will quote a fixed price for the night and hold the car until the last song is done.

Ready when you are

Tell us where you are going and we will quote a fixed fare, usually within the hour. Available 9am to 11pm, seven days.
